Alex was Managing Partner of SSG Capital from 2006 to 2013.

Alex has been engaged in Zero2ipo Group as the Managing Director from 2004 to 2005. Before that, Alex helped to found China Venture Capital Association (CVCA) and served as the Deputy General-Secretary of CVCA in 2003.

From 1997 to 2003, Alex severed in China Computer World and was the founder of magazines like “CEO&CIO", "Digital Fortune" etc.

Alex has led to serve many clients for their fundraising, include Fornet, Bainianliyuan, Jiangxi Jinyuan Agriculture, Yicheng Bioelectronics, Yuanpei Translation, Gensee, Ever Care, CSDN and YY. etc.

Alex has a Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University and a Master of Law degree as well.
